Where can I see the statistics for a specific list or message?
You can find detailed statistics for all your messages, as well as for your lists under Reports. There you can find detailed information on the open rate, click rate, social media, bounce, unsubscribe and spam complaint ratio.
Newsletters
To access statistics of a specific newsletter, you can go to Email marketing > Newsletters and click on the name of the message you want to check. You will be redirected to the statistics page.
You can also access it directly from the Reports page:
- Go to Reports.
- From the side menu, choose Email marketing.
- You can select specific messages or choose particular lists. Please note this will only show messages linked to the lists you choose.
- You will only see messages sent in a specific date range, you can change it by clicking on the calendar.
Autoresponders
To access statistics of a specific autoresponder:
- Go to Tools > Autoresponders.
- Hover over 3 vertical dots to the right of the message you want to check.
- Select Statistics.
You can also access it directly from the Reports page:
- Go to Reports.
- From the side menu, choose Autoresponders.
- You can select specific messages or choose particular lists. Please note this will only show messages linked to the lists you choose.
- You will only see messages sent in a specific date range, you can change it by clicking on the calendar.
Automation messages
To access statistics of a specific automation message:
- Go to Tools > Automation.
- Select Automation messages tab.
- Hover over 3 vertical dots to the right of the message you want to check.
- Select Reports.
You can also access it directly from the Reports page:
- Go to Reports.
- From the side menu, choose Automation messages.
- You can select specific messages or choose particular lists. Please note this will only show messages linked to the lists you choose.
- You will only see messages sent in a specific date range, you can change it by clicking on the calendar.
Contacts
To access contacts statistics:
- Go to Reports.
- From the side menu, choose Contacts.
- You can check statistics for all lists or select a particular list.
- Select a date range.
You can also set up custom reports delivered to you via email by clicking the Custom reports link in the side menu.
Custom reports are available in Marketing Automation, Ecommerce Marketing and MAX plans.
