Can I use GetResponse Chats in the mobile app?
You can download GetResponse Chats app from App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android to chat with visitors on your phone.
You can also:
- Go to Chats.
- Select Settings.
- Access Notifications at the bottom of the Settings page.
- Click on the button representing your device system (iOS or Android).
You’ll be prompted to download your app.
On the mobile app, you’ll have access to all the features of the chat page. You can conduct chats, close them, check customer details, statistics, and change settings.
