Can people rate my courses?
After completing the course, your students will have the opportunity to rate it and leave a review. This feedback can help you improve your course, and potential students may be more eager to join a course with positive reviews.
The option to rate a course is available at the bottom of the completion page.
Your students will be able to rate your course on a scale of 1 to 5 stars and leave a written review for up to 150 characters.
Where can I find my course reviews
Navigate to Tools > Courses > Scroll on the action menu > Overview.
Once you are in the course overview, press on the Reviews tab to see all the reviews left by your students.
For each review, you will be able to check:
- Student’s email address
- Date of the rating
- Stars awarded
- Their written review
How can I share my course rating with potential students
To share your course rating with potential students, you can display it on your course page. This option can be enabled by following the steps below:
- Go to Tools > Courses > Settings.
- Scroll down to the Course page section and use the Course ratings toggle.
