How to customize the confirmation page?

There are a few ways to customize the confirmation page people see when they subscribe to your list. You can:

  • add your own description, title, and logo to the page
  • select where to host the page
  • change the language of the confirmation page

Adding a description, title, and logo

  1. Go to Contacts > Lists.
  2. Hover the mouse pointer over the Actions menu on the right to expand the Actions list.
  3. Select Settings to open List settings.
  4. In General settings, enter the title and description in the respective fields. To add a logo, drag-and-drop or upload it to the space provided. You can use JPG, PNG, or GIF files, no larger than 1 MB.
  5. Click Save general settings to apply the changes.

To preview the confirmation page, go to List settings>>Subscription and click the Confirmation page link.

Selecting where to host the confirmation page

  1. Go to Contacts>>Lists.
  2. Hover the mouse pointer over the Actions menu on the right to expand the Actions list.
  3. Select Settings to open List settings.
  4. In Subscription settings, under Where to host your confirmation page, select Custom URL and enter the URL in the field provided.
  5. Click Save subscription settings to apply the changes.

Changing the language for the confirmation page

  1. Go to Contacts>>Lists.
  2. Hover the mouse pointer over the Actions menu on the right to expand the Actions list.
  3. Select Settings to open List settings.
  4. In General settings, expand the drop-down list under Language and select the language for the confirmation page. Note: This also changes the language for your confirmation message, unsubscribe page, unsubscribe success page, and newsletter directory.
  5. Click Save general settings to apply the changes.
