Whenever you create a new autoresponder message, you assign it to a specific day in the cycle, depending on when you want it to go out.
- Select if you want to send the message on same time signed up, with a delay of, or exactly at a specific time.
- Choose the days of the week you’d like for the message to go out on.
- Select the from and reply-to addresses.
- Add your message subject line.
- Next click Design message to design how your message should look like. For more on using the new editor visit this section.
- Choose if you want to send the message as a source to Google Analytics.
- Click Save, or Save and Publish if you want the message to go live right away.

Can I choose the days of the week to send my autoresponders (i.e. only business days)?
Yes, you can enable only specific days on which your message should go out.
Please note that if you block your autoresponder from sending on certain days, contacts who reach that day on the blocked day will get your email on the earliest day allowed. For example, if your autoresponder on day 0 is blocked from going out on Sundays, this means that if someone subscribes to your list on Sunday, they will get your autoresponder for day 0 on Monday.

Yes, you can do that. In Enable on, uncheck the days you want to exclude from delivery. Leave the boxes checked next to the days you want to have the autoresponder sent on.
What is autoresponder cycle day?
Autoresponder cycle day determines when your autoresponder will go out to a contact. Autoresponders can be scheduled in a sequence or at specified intervals, starting from the moment a contact subscribes to your list. For instance, messages can be scheduled for Day 0 (the day of subscription), Day 3, Day 7, and Day 14.
Autoresponders prove valuable when you aim to send automatic messages to contacts who join your list. Upon configuring an autoresponder cycle, messages will be sent on designated days within a contact’s subscription timeline, based on the cycle settings you establish.
How many messages can I send per day from one list?
There is no limit on how many messages you can send from one list. However, we don’t recommend sending too many emails in a short period of time, unless the contact expects it. Otherwise, they may find that you are sending them too many emails and opt out.
