How do the “Yes/No” connectors work?

The Yes/No connectors work by simply clicking the appropriate connector (either the green checkmark for “Yes” or the red X for “No”) and moving your mouse to the appropriate element it should be linked to. Linking the “Yes” connector to an element will mean that if indeed that condition was met (the message was opened, the link was clicked), then the element you connected it to (send message, tag, score) will be triggered.

Similarly, linking the “No” connector to an element will mean that when the condition is not met (the message isn’t opened, the link not clicked) the element it is linked to (send message, tag, delay, score) will be triggered.
