How to add contacts via GetResponse Chats?
You can add chat visitors to your lists. You need to send them a visitor capture form and have at least their email address.
Depending on your GetResponse Chats settings, the capture form is sent automatically, or you need to send it manually.
Once the chat visitor fills out and submits the form, you’ll see their name, email address, and phone number under the Contact info section, on the right side of the chat window.
To add them to your list:
- Click on Add to list under the Subscribed to section.
- Another window will open. Choose the List from the dropdown. The Email address and Name fields will be filled out automatically. You won’t be able to change the email address but you can alter the name. Check the I have permission to add this person to my list box.
- Click on the Add contact button to finish the process.
