How to check if the person on GetResponse Chats is still on the page?

We display a green dot near the person’s name to indicate that they’re still on the chat page and can see your messages immediately.

When they leave the page, the indicator will disappear.

If they leave the chat page, you can mark the chat as closed.

You can delete a closed chat or download a transcript of the chat.
