How to enable GetResponse Chats on a landing page?
You can enable GetResponse Chats on landing pages to easily speak with the page visitors. Landing page visitors will have the option to start a chat with you.
To enable GetResponse Chats on landing pages:
- Go to Tools > Landing pages.
- Hover over the action menu (vertical ellipsis) and select Edit settings.
- Scroll down to Analytics and integrations.
- Click on GetResponse Chats toggle.
The GetResponse Chat icon has a fixed position on your landing page. It won’t be possible to move it somewhere else. If you want to edit the chat icon, change your chat settings.
Legacy landing pages
1. Go to Tools > Landing pages > Legacy landing pages tab.
2. Hover over the action menu (vertical ellipsis) and select Edit settings.
3. Scroll down to Chat window on My landing page settings page.
4. Click on Chat window and enable the GetResponse Chats toggle.
