How to find statistics for a specific block in an automation workflow?

Statistics available within the automation

creator show how contacts move through automation elements within selected time frames, including inputs and specific outputs. They include traffic comparisons between chosen periods and, in the case of messages, offer dedicated metrics such as bounces, opens, clicks, and sends.

Statistics are available for every element in the automation workflow.

Displaying statistics

To display statistics:

  1. Go to Automation.
  2. Click on your workflow.
  3. Click on View detailed stats in the block you want to see the statistics from.

By default, the timeframe is set to the Last 7 days (excluding today). To change it, click on it and select your desired dates. You have two options:

  • Set a single date range – View stats for a specific date range.
  • Compare date ranges – Compare stats from two separate date ranges.

After selecting the dates – click  OK .

For larger date ranges, move the slider below the chart to view each day within your selection. You can also drag the chart bar using the 4-arrow symbol at the top right corner.

You can change the date range at any time by clicking on it.

Understanding statistics

The stats are displayed as two bars for each applicable day:

  • The blue bar represents the number of contacts who entered the block that day.
  • The green bar or the red bar (or with two exit paths used – two of them combined) shows the number of contacts who left the block. In the case of more complex elements with multiple outputs, the color of the outputs corresponds to the colors in the bar.

  • You can see the exact numbers of contacts by hovering over the bar.

For Send message blocks, a round chart is also available, showing the total numbers of Bounces

, Opens, Clicks and Sends.
