How to manage and edit ecommerce campaigns?
Ecommerce campaigns are in pilot phase and available for selected customers. Some features could be limited, we are working hard towards its full release.
Ecommerce campaigns in GetResponse are automated marketing strategies designed to enhance customer engagement, track revenue, and optimize conversion rates. These campaigns provide essential tools such as promo codes, predefined templates, and advanced statistics to help businesses drive sales. They cater to both subscribers
Managing your ecommerce campaign
To manage your ecommerce campaign:
- Go to Campaigns >> Ecommerce campaings.
- You will see your campaigns along with their Status (Draft, Published, Paused or Archived) and basic statistics (Conversion and Attributed revenue).
- Hover the action button beside one of your campaigns. You will see several options to choose from (depending on your campaign status):
- Edit – to change anything in your campaign, including actions or messages. You can also publish it if it hasn’t been published yet.
- Unpublish – to revert your campaign to a draft. After clicking it, you will need to decide if you want to keep it active for customers who are already in the campaign flow.
- Reports – to see detailed statistics of your campaign.
- Archive – to unpublish the campaign permanently (making it impossible to publish again). You will still be able to view it for statistical reasons. A confirmation prompt will appear before archiving.
Editing your ecommerce campaign
When editing your campaign, there are several things you can do with it:
- Change the order of campaign actions – click and hold the icon that appears on the left side of each action when you hover over it. Then, drag the action up or down to rearrange it as desired.
- Delete action – use the icon that appears in the right corner of the action you would like to remove and click Delete.
- Edit trigger or action – click on the trigger or action block to see its options. You will be able to set the time, edit email, and more.
Remember to click Update to save all your changes.
