To manage your profile in GetResponse Hub, click the menu icon (3 horizontal lines) in the upper right corner of the Dashboard to expand a drop-down menu. Then, select: Manage account.
Use the side menu to switch between sections.
Manage account
Review and edit your name, email address, time zone, and company information. You can also subscribe to or unsubscribe from GetResponse marketing emails and set or change your password here. There is also the option to delete the account.
Billing
You will find all the courses you paid for and all the subscriptions you are paying for.
Manage subscriptions
You will find active subscriptions to courses and newsletters here. You can divide them into free or paid. You can hover over 3 dots beside each course to unsubscribe from it.
Unsubscribing from a course does not mean unsubscribing from the marketing list you may be on. If you want to unsubscribe from the list, that can be done by clicking the Unsubscribe button found im the footer of every message sent using GetReponse.
