How to share autoresponders with other GetResponse accounts?

You can now share autoresponder messages created in your account with other users using the Share option. It allows you to generate a specific URL, which, when accessed, will allow people to import your messages into their account.

To share one or more autoresponders, follow these steps:

  1. To share a single autoresponder, click on the action menu and select Share.

  2. To share multiple autoresponders, select the chosen items by clicking the checkboxes in the left column on the Manage autoresponders page, and select the Share option in the actions dropdown menu.

  3. Create the sharing link by adding a descriptive name to your shared content, copy the URL by clicking Copy URL, and close the window by clicking Finish.

  4. Share this URL with another GetResponse user.

It is not possible to share autoresponders that are unpublished or were created in our legacy editor.

Importing shared autoresponders

To import shared autoresponders, follow these steps:

  1. Paste the shared link into the browser in a separate window, ideally in incognito mode. After doing so, you will see the shared content landing page.
  2. Click on Proceed to import settings.

  3. Log in to a different GetResponse account.

  4. Assign the linked list and From email.

  5. Click Import; you will be redirected to the Manage autoresponders page. It will contain the already imported autoresponders. You can edit their content and cycle day according to your needs.

Managing shared autoresponders

To manage already shared autoresponders, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Manage content sharing link on the Manage autoresponders page.

  2. Check the content you shared by clicking on the name of the shared content to preview what’s included in the set.

  3. To disable an active sharing link, you can toggle the status switch.

  4. You can choose to copy the sharing link, open the shared content page, or delete it under the action menu.
