How to use the Absolute positioning feature?
Most elements on your website have the option to use the Absolute positioning feature. When enabled, it allows moving the element to any place on your website, disregarding the default structure grid.
This option can be useful if you need to create a specific look that is not possible to fit into the default grid. It can be used when the editor won’t let you place the element where you need it.
Absolute positioning can affect the mobile view in a negative way. If you are using it, make sure to check the mobile preview often to be sure all your visitors will see the best version of your site possible.
Note: we only recommend using this option if you have some unusual design the can’t be created in any other way.
Using objects with absolute positioning can make your page less responsive on mobile devices.
