In which currency will my revenue statistics be available?

We have introduced the concept of an Account’s

Main Currency for GetResponse customers who manage orders from stores in multiple currencies. It simplifies the process of comparing your performance metrics. This currency is specified during account creation and is used to convert all incoming orders and display revenue-related reports in a unified currency.

The following reports will now use the Account’s Main Currency for consistency and clarity:

  • Email Marketing Reports
  • E-Commerce Reports
  • Revenue Column in Email Marketing

How it works

We get current exchange rates every day for conversion purposes, and to ensure that the values presented in the application are correct. The whole process happens automatically for your convenience.

Changing the Account’s Main Currency

You can check the main currency set for your account in Profile > Manage account > Account details. However, since recalculating all orders is a resource-intensive operation, you need to contact our Customer Success Team if you want to change the currency.

What determines the Account’s Main Currency

For accounts created before February 1st 2025:

  • If you have a store, the currency is determined based on the currency with the highest number of orders.
  • If you do not have a store, the currency is mapped based on the country code.

For accounts created after February 1st 2025:

  • The currency is set during account creation based on the country code.

By implementing the Main Currency feature, GetResponse aims to simplify your financial reporting and enhance your decision-making process. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Success Team.
