Milestone celebration
The Milestone celebration template will help you celebrate your students’ achievements. This template automatically sends a message to contacts whenever they complete a lesson within your course. You can design your message to make students feel proud and appreciated, highlight their progress, and encourage them to keep going. With this template, you can easily acknowledge their milestone, boosting motivation and creating a more engaging learning experience.

This automation has three elements, and you will need to configure at least two – the send message element and the tag element. You can also adjust the first element to select a specific lesson.
Here’s what you’ll need to configure the elements and publish the template as a workflow:
- an automation message or a message (or draft) that can be used as one.
- a tag – it will let you distinguish between contacts who have completed or have not completed a lesson yet.
Configuring the template
If an element is greyed out, it means that you need to set up its properties. Clicking an element opens its Properties.
- (Optional) Configure the Lesson started or completed element. You can change it so it triggers based on the completion of a specific lesson.
- In the Send message element, choose a message that you would like to send to your students who have completed your lesson. You can include a congratulatory note in it and encourage them to keep going.
- In the Tag element, choose a tag you would like to assign to contacts who have completed your lesson. It will be useful to segment your contact list so you can send more personalized content.
- Click Publish when you’re done setting up the template, or Save and exit if you want to finish editing the template later (it will appear as a draft on the Manage workflows page).
