What are Premium Newsletters and how to create them?

With our Premium newsletters, you can share premium content and resources, and diversify how you monetize your expertise. You can use them to grant your subscribers early access to exclusive information and deliver specialized knowledge. Additionally, you can share valuable resources like e-books or learning materials and maintain a consistent, ad-free reading experience.

How to create Premium Newsletters

To create Premium Newsletters:

  1. Go to Tools > Premium Newsletters.

  2. Click on the Add premium newsletter button.

  3. Name your premium newsletter. Your premium newsletter will be available on your Creator’s profile at a URL created using its name.

  4. Next, in the Details tab, upload your logo, set a description of your newsletter that is up to 750 characters, and select its category.

  5. Choose a list to which your contacts should go after subscribing to your premium newsletter. You can choose one of the existing lists, or you can choose to automatically create a new list along with your premium newsletter.

Additionally, you can add a consent field that will be displayed during the subscription process.

  6. Select if you would like your premium newsletter to be free or both free and paid at the same time. The free option will allow anyone to join your list. If you choose the option of both free and paid subscription, your contacts will be automatically divided into two segments. One segment will be created for paid contacts and one for free contacts. Then, during the creation of your newsletter, you will be able to choose which segment should receive your message.

After setting up a connection with Stripe, you can choose the price of your premium newsletter, add a short introduction of its perks, and explain why joining your list is worth it.

GetResponse doesn’t charge any extra fees for processing your transactions and you keep 100% of your earnings. However, Stripe will charge you their default transaction fees.

  7. Lastly, you can modify the link of your premium newsletter if you don’t want to use an automatically generated name.

Then, click Add premium newsletter button to finish the process.
