What are the icons in the top right corner of my dashboard?

In the top right corner of your dashboard you can see 5 icons. In this article you will find a short description of each one.

What is the Profile icon

The Profile icon is represented by a person and allows you to access your account settings, view your profile information, billing details etc.

• Upgrade account allows you to move to a higher subscription plan. You can find more about it here.
• Manage account allows you to manage account settings. You can find more about it here.
• Billing menu is where you can find everything related to your payments.
• Team feature allows you to create access to your account for additional users. You can find more about it here.
• Emails and domains allows you to access your from fields and custom domains.
• Files and images allows you to access your audio and video files, images, photos, and documents. You can find more about it here.
• Mobile apps is a shortcut to links that’ll allow you to download our apps for smartphones and other mobile devices.
• Refer a friend holds information about our Referral Program.
• Affiliate Program lets you set up an Affiliate account and log in to your Affiliate account if it is integrated with the product account. You can find more about the program here.
• Log out will make you leave the application.

What is the Help icon

The Help icon is represented by a question mark and holds multiple sections.

• Marketing Toolkit is a collection of discounts you get for various services we partnered up with.
• You can also send us an email or connect with our support staff via Live chat. We are online 24/7 (in English) and can help you whenever you need.
• All emails that you send us and all chats that you do, are archived under My tickets menu. You can find more about it here.
• You can take a quick shortcut to our Help Center.

What is the What’s new icon

The What’s New icon is represented by a megaphone and provides the latest updates, announcements, and new feature releases. This helps you stay informed about the latest improvements and ensures you can take full advantage of new tools and functionalities as they become available.

What is the Beamer icon

The Beamer icon is represented by a bell and allows you to access the list of all news and important updates regarding your account.

What is the Interactive guides icon

The Interactive Guides icon is represented by a tool book and provides step-by-step tutorials and walkthroughs directly within the dashboard. When you click on this icon, you can select from the available guides for various features, making it easier to learn how to use the platform effectively.
