What features does the webinar room offer?

In order to manage your webinar room, join the webinar as presenter and start building your room layout with the toolbar on the left-hand side:

What features will I find in the webinar room?
While hosting a webinar in GetResponse, you will have access to the following features:
Audio-Video View
The audio-video panel will allow you to stream video from your web camera and audio from the microphone. Inside the AV View tab, you will find buttons to enable the audio-video stream and streaming settings.

Presentation
Presentation panel allows you to upload a file up to 500 mb and stream it to your audience with full control over the slides flow. Uploaded files can be shared with participants, downloaded and removed from the room.

Whiteboard
Whiteboard allows you to write, draw, insert images and shapes or use a pointer.

Screen sharing
Screen sharing function allows you to share your desktop in real time with all participants. This option can be selected by clicking the Screen sharing menu button in your browser and accepting permission that will appear.
YouTube
YouTube plugin inside the webinar room allows you to stream any video from YouTube by copying its URL into the search bar on the dedicated pop-up.

Surveys
Whenever you would like to ask about your participants opion or launch a poll, or a quiz – you can do it with the Survey mode inside the webinar room. You will need to create a survey from the pop-up where you can select from Poll and Test type of survey, depending on your goal.

Call to action
Create calls to action to advertise your products or direct participants to your store, simple as that.

Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn streaming
Use this option to livestream your webinar on your YouTube, Facebook or LinkedIn profile.
Chat
The chat window, available in the lower right corner of the webinar room, allows the organizer, presenters, and attendees to interact by exchanging text messages. To send a message in the chat window, click the message entry bar, enter your message, and click Enter. You can also add emojis to make it more interactive and express emotions more effectively. To do so, click the small emoticon available in the bar and choose among hundreds of suggestions.

In addition to exchanging messages and emojis, the chat window offers various interactive features to enhance engagement. From quick polls to dedicated Q&A sessions, private event team chats, and group discussions.
