What is AI Assistant and how to use it?

AI Assistant is a feature that helps you write and adjust the text in your Newsletters, Autoresponders, and Automation messages created in our new editor.

While using our drag-and-drop message editor you can find AI Assistant here by clicking on the text block:

Using AI Assistant to generate text

When you use AI Assistant on an empty text block, you will see a window where you can write your prompt instructing AI what to write and it will generate a brand new text for you.

Your prompt can have up to 300 characters including spaces. For samples and tips on how to write AI prompts, you can visit our article about writing prompts for AI Assistant.

Tweaking text with AI Assistant

When you use AI Assistant on a block that already has text in it, you can use AI to:
