What is global view and how to use it?
Global view allows you to check the activity of your subscribers in real time. It tracks email opens, clicks, and social media activity (Facebook and X sharing). All this data is placed on the interactive map of the world.
For example, as soon as a contact opens the message, you will see a pin falling down on the specific world region.
Global view works only for 24 hours from the moment of sending your message.
How to see global view?
- Go to Tools > Email Marketing tab.
- Hover over the Actions menu icon (vertical ellipsis).
- Select Global View.
You will see subscribers activity on a map in real time.
