Where can I assign tags or scores to contacts?
You can assign score and tags to your contacts in a number of places in your account. Depending on the method you select, you can add tags and score to individual or multiple contacts, or automate tagging and scoring based on your contacts’ actions. Assigning tags or score to individual contacts
1. Go to Contacts>>Search.
2. Click Advanced search to open the list selection dropdown.
3. Choose list or lists to view the contacts.
4. Click on the contact to display contact details.
5. Enter the values in the Tag or Score fields. The changes are saved automatically.
Assigning tags or score to multiple contacts
1. Go to Contacts>>Search.
2. Click Advanced search to open the list selection dropdown.
3. Choose list or lists to view the contacts.
4. click on the Actions icon next to the number of your contacts and choose Tag or Score. This way you can update your contact details without having to select them from a list. (Another option is to select the checkbox located above the results list and click Select all [number of contacts] link. Then, expand the Actions menu right next to it and choose Tag or Score.) A popup modal will open.
5. Enter the tag or score value and click Save.
Assigning tags or score in marketing automation
Ecommerce Marketing package users can automate the tagging and scoring process by using the Tag and Score actions. A tag can assign or remove a tag. A score can assign a specific number of points. It can also add or subtract numbers, and even erase the score altogether.
