Where can I view my delivered messages?
You can find your delivered newsletters on the Newsletters page. Here’s how you can get there:
- Go to Email marketing. When you open the page the first time, you’ll be able to see all messages in all statuses–sent, sending, and scheduled.
- You can narrow down the newsletters displayed by status and list. Use the Status and Lists dropdowns to choose the message status and list it’s linked to from. Use the column headers–message name, status, sent on, delivered, unique open rate, and unique click rate–to sort the newsletters.
Within Manage newsletters, you can check how many messages were delivered and the unique open-rate and click-rate.
To find complete newsletter statistics, click on the Actions icon (vertical ellipsis) and select Statistics from the droplist.
