Where to find my chat transcripts?
All emails that you send us and all chats that you do, are archived under My tickets menu. You can easily read your inquiries and our answers whenever you want.
You can also open a new ticket here by clicking on Send new email.
To find your chat transcripts:
1. Go to the Help tab:
2. Click on My tickets:
3. Click on the subject of the chat you want to check:
4. Your chat transcript will open in a new tab.
