Will I get affiliate support through GetResponse chats?

The chat support is offered mainly for product-related questions, however we will be able to assist you with the following:

• how to create an affiliate account,
• general questions about the affiliate account,
• basic troubleshooting in cases such as login issues or invalid website error,
• integration related questions,
• questions from the Partner Program section in our Help Center,
• anything that doesn’t require the Affiliate Support Team.

We, unfortunately, won’t be able to answer your questions regarding:

• payouts,
• earnings,
• missing commissions,
• available payout methods,
• anti-fraud,
• invoices, etc.

For affiliate support questions, you can either contact us via the affiliate panel form or by sending an email to affiliate support.
