Install the GetResponse plugin in your Magento 2 store.
Generate the Access Key from Magento 2.
Set up the integration details in GetResponse.
1. Install the GetResponse plugin in your Magento 2 store.
2. In your Magento dashboard, go to System > Integrations and generate an Access Token.
3. In GetResponse, go to Tools > Integrations and API, find the Magento 2 tile, and click Connect button.
4. Use your store’s URL and the Access Token to connect your store.
5. Click the Switch to new version button.
6. Click the actions icon and then Set up imports.
7. Select Send full ecomerce data and choose the list.
8. Match the custom fields mapping in the next step and click the Import button to connect your store!

Abandoned cart emails are a type of quick transactional email sent to your customers to recover lost sales. You can use it to send a reminder about the products they have left in their carts and encourage them to complete their order and proceed to the checkout page.
To create an abandoned cart email:
1. Go to Ecommerce tools > Quick transactional emails.
2. Click on the Connect now button in order to integrate GetResponse with Magento.
3. Click on the Create quick transactional email button.
4. A popup window will open. Select Abandoned cart email and click on the Go to email creator button.
5. Provide an internal name for your message, define the store, specify the delay for your message, choose from and reply-to emails, type in the subject line, and proceed to Design message page.
6. On the Design and content page, choose a template to your liking.
7. Customize your abandoned cart box.
8. Click on the Save and activate button.
An order confirmation is the most expected email by customers. Don’t waste that opportunity!
