How can I use newsletter templates in GetResponse?
Newsletters play a crucial role in email marketing campaigns. They are the easiest way to stay in touch with your customers — e.g., welcome new subscribers, inform them about upcoming promotions and share exciting updates.
GetResponse offers hundreds of predesigned templates you can use and customize using drag-and-drop Email Editor. The editor requires no coding skills and empowers you to make the templates look and feel like your own.
There's much more to discover, and you can learn more about the benefits of email editor by visiting this page.
Can I save my templates and reuse them in future campaigns?
Sure thing! You can easily curate your own templates library. With that in place, you can launch your campaigns faster and more efficiently.
Your templates library has its own tab within the Email Marketing feature in GetResponse. You can work with them without the need to create an actual newsletter.
When using a template to make a newsletter, we copy the template content into it. This means that you are editing the newsletter and the template itself remains unchanged.
You can learn more about "My Templates" section in this article.
Can I run A/B tests with newsletters built with templates?
You can run A/B tests for all types of email campaigns, including those built using predesigned templates. Moreover, we highly recommend you do that. Continuous A/B testing is a fast and most effective way to improve crucial email marketing metrics like open and click-through rates.
There are two types of tests you can perform.
1. Subject-line tests enable testing:
2. Content tests allow trying different templates, content, layouts, images, and CTAs.
In both types of tests, there's an option to test up to 5 different variables for one message.
