If you need sporadic assistance executing a particular task, you can choose from one-time services without commitment to long-term collaboration.
One-time services are selected operations you can delegate to our experts, who will find and implement the best solution. Depending on the complexity of the task, prices range from $65 to $1,000.

One-time items are selected services you can buy once and you pay only for that particular service only, without obligations to commit to any higher number of items.
Recurring packages are for companies that are thinking of more strategic and long-term cooperation. You can buy a package and get a selected number of hours you can use for the items included in the package. Each item “costs” a certain time from the hours included for the month and if they are used completely you have the option to either buy extra hours for the month or wait for the next month to get new monthly hours.
For existing customers contact your Key Customer Manager for more details. If you are thinking of getting one of the MAX plans, ask your Business Development Executive about options to include Professional Services in your first contract.
Our goal is to deliver any service within 3 business days from the moment we confirm the order brief is complete. If extra time is needed, we will let you know and justify the case, but that is an exception to the rule.
You can always ask on demand to get the answer from us. You will also get email after service completion with how much time it took from the plan. We also provide you with bi-weekly message that gives information how many hours are left in particular month.
The customer is responsible to provide all necessary materials 3 business days before the execution deadline. Providing materials with a shorter deadline is limited to availability and can lead to us not being able to execute given orders in time.
Each service while similar to others from the same category is in reality always a bit different. Importing a list can be an easy and quick task when there are not many custom fields and the file is imported to one list. But it can as well be a more extensive one.
In the recurring packages service selection, we provide you with general time estimates for a particular service that are based on certain averages. The next moment when you get a more realistic time frame for delivery is after we verify your brief. After the brief verification, we know a bit more to estimate the actual time usage.
However, the final time is always based on the actual workload done on our side to deliver it and is provided after service delivery. If the time is very different from the provided estimates, you will get a written short justification about it.
1. Brief delivery - If you decide to buy a one-time item or a recurring package we will provide you will a link to a survey which is a brief containing necessary questions and file requirements.
2. Brief verification - The brief will be verified on our side. It can be either accepted and we proceed to service delivery, or we can ask for more information. *If you have an active recurring package, we will inform you about the estimated time we will use for the service.
3. Service delivery - From the moment we have accepted the brief content we have 3 business days to deliver the service.
4. Service verification - With some of the services, like message template creation, once we are done with delivery, we will ask you to first accept it or request changes. Each service has a description of how many times you can request further changes.
5. Service completion - We will inform you about service completion.
If you have an active recurring package, we will inform you about the final time used for the service.
